RCW 71.34.310Jurisdiction over proceedings under chapter—Venue.(1) The superior court has jurisdiction over proceedings under this chapter.(2) A record of all petitions and proceedings under this chapter shall be maintained by the clerk of the superior court in the county in which the petition or proceedings was initiated.(3) Petitions for commitment shall be filed and venue for hearings under this chapter shall be in the county in which the minor is being detained.[ 2020 c 302 s 66; 1985 c 354 s 26.
