RCW 71.34.380Department, department of health, and authority to adopt rules to effectuate chapter.(1) The department, department of health, and the authority shall adopt such rules pursuant to chapter 34.05 RCW as may be necessary to effectuate the intent and purposes of this chapter.(2) The authority shall evaluate the quality, effectiveness, efficiency, and use of services, procedures and standards for commitment, and establish criteria and procedures for placement and transfer of committed minors.(3) The department of health shall regulate the evaluation and treatment facilities and programs.(4) The department shall operate and maintain the child study and treatment center.[ 2018 c 201 s 5006; 1985 c 354 s 25.
