RCW 71.34.770Release of minor—Conditional release—Discharge.(1) The professional person in charge of the inpatient treatment facility may authorize release for the minor under such conditions as appropriate. Conditional release may be revoked pursuant to RCW 71.34.780 if leave conditions are not met or the minor's functioning substantially deteriorates.(2) Minors may be discharged prior to expiration of the commitment period if the treating physician, physician assistant, psychiatric *advanced registered nurse practitioner, or professional person in charge concludes that the minor no longer meets commitment criteria.[ 2016 c 155 s 22; 2009 c 217 s 19; 1985 c 354 s 12.
