RCW 71A.10.040Protection from discrimination.Persons are protected from discrimination because of a developmental disability as well as other mental or physical disabilities by the law against discrimination, chapter 49.60 RCW, by other state and federal statutes, rules, and regulations, and by local ordinances, when the persons have a qualifying disability under those statutes, rules, regulations, and ordinances.[ 2020 c 274 s 51; 1988 c 176 s 104.]
