RCW 71A.12.090Eligibility of parent for services.If a person with developmental disabilities is the parent of a child who is about to be placed for adoption or foster care by the secretary, the parent shall be eligible to receive services in order to promote the integrity of the family unit.[ 1988 c 176 s 209.]
