RCW 71A.14.110Contracts by boundary counties or cities in boundary counties.Any county or city within a county either of which is situated on the state boundaries is authorized to contract for developmental disability services with a county situated in either the states of Oregon or Idaho, which county is located on boundaries with the state of Washington.[ 1988 c 176 s 311.]
