RCW 72.01.270Gifts, acceptance of.The secretary shall have the power to receive, hold and manage all real and personal property made over to the department by gift, devise or bequest, and the proceeds and increase thereof shall be used for the benefit of the institution for which it is received.[ 1979 c 141 s 157; 1959 c 28 s 72.01.270.
