RCW 72.01.458Use of files and records for courses of education, instruction and training at institutions.In any course of education, instruction or training conducted in any state institution of the department use may be made of selected files and records of such institution, notwithstanding the provisions of any statute to the contrary.[ 1970 ex.s. c 50 s 4.]
