RCW 72.09.220Employee rights under collective bargaining.Nothing contained in RCW 72.09.010 through 72.09.190, 72.09.901, and section 13, chapter 136, Laws of 1981 may be construed to downgrade any rights of any employee under any existing collective bargaining unit or the provisions of any existing collective bargaining agreement until the agreement has expired or until the bargaining unit has been modified by action of the Washington personnel resources board as provided by law.[ 1993 c 281 s 64; 1981 c 136 s 33.]NOTES:Effective date—1993 c 281: See note following RCW 41.06.022.
