RCW 72.09.755Department of corrections—Use of screening and assessment process.The department of corrections shall, to the extent that resources are available for this purpose, utilize the integrated, comprehensive screening and assessment process for chemical dependency and mental disorders developed under RCW 71.24.630.[ 2016 sp.s. c 29 s 528; 2005 c 504 s 602.
