RCW 72.65.200Participation in work release plan or program must be authorized by sentence or RCW 9.94A.728.The secretary may permit a prisoner to participate in any work release plan or program but only if the participation is authorized pursuant to the prisoner's sentence or pursuant to RCW 9.94A.728.
