RCW 72.66.038Furlough infractions—Reporting—Regaining custody.Any employee of the department having knowledge of a furlough infraction shall report the facts to the secretary. Upon verification, the secretary shall cause the custody of the furloughed person to be regained, and for this purpose may cause a warrant to be issued.[ 1973 c 20 s 14.]
