RCW 72.68.080Federal prisoners, or from other state or federally recognized tribe—Authority to receive.All persons sentenced to prison by the authority of the United States or of any state or territory of the United States or federally recognized tribe may be received by the department and imprisoned in a state correctional institution as defined in RCW 72.65.010 in accordance with the sentence of the court by which they were tried.
