RCW 73.04.020Pension papers—Fees not to be charged—Penalty.Any such officer who may require and accept fees for such services shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and on conviction thereof shall be fined in any sum not less than ten dollars nor more than fifty dollars.[ 1891 c 14 s 2; RRS s 4233.]
