RCW 74.04.057Promulgation of rules and regulations to qualify for federal funds.The department is authorized to promulgate such rules and regulations as are necessary to qualify for any federal funds available under Title XVI of the federal social security act, and any other combination of existing programs of assistance consistent with federal law and regulations.[ 1969 ex.s. c 173 s 3.]
