RCW 74.04.310Authority to accept contributions.In furthering the purposes of this title, the secretary or any county administrator may accept contributions or gifts in cash or otherwise from persons, associations or corporations, such contributions to be disbursed in the same manner as moneys appropriated for the purposes of this title: PROVIDED, That the donor of such gifts may stipulate the manner in which such gifts shall be expended.[ 1979 c 141 s 309; 1959 c 26 s 74.04.310.
