RCW 74.04.640Acceptance of referrals for vocational rehabilitation—Reimbursement.Referrals to the state department of social and health services for vocational rehabilitation made in accordance with section 1615 of Title XVI of the Social Security Act, as amended, shall be accepted by the state.The department shall be reimbursed by the secretary of the department of health, education and welfare for the costs it incurs in providing such vocational rehabilitation services.[ 1973 2nd ex.s. c 10 s 5.]
