RCW 74.08A.300Placement bonuses.In the case of service providers that are not public agencies, initial placement bonuses of no greater than five hundred dollars may be provided by the department for service entities responsible for placing recipients in an unsubsidized job for a minimum of twelve weeks, and the following additional bonuses shall also be provided:(1) A percent of the initial bonus if the job pays double the minimum wage;(2) A percent of the initial bonus if the job provides health care;(3) A percent of the initial bonus if the job includes employer-provided child care needed by the recipient; and(4) A percent of the initial bonus if the recipient is continuously employed for two years.[ 1997 c 58 s 317.]
