RCW 74.12.320Placement of child pursuant to chapter 13.04 RCW.If a diligent search reveals no other relatives as specified in the social security act maintaining a suitable home and willing to take custody of the child, then the department may file a petition in the appropriate juvenile court for placement of the child pursuant to the provisions of chapter 13.04 RCW.[ 1963 c 228 s 28.]
