RCW 74.13.021Developmentally disabled child—Defined.As used in this chapter, ' developmentally disabled child' is a child who has a developmental disability as defined in RCW 71A.10.020 and whose parent, guardian, or legal custodian and with the department mutually agree that services appropriate to the child's needs cannot be provided in the home.[ 1998 c 229 s 3; 1997 c 386 s 15.]
