RCW 74.13.029Dependency established—Social worker's duty to provide document containing information.Once a dependency is established under chapter 13.34 RCW, the department employee assigned to the case shall provide the dependent child age twelve years and older with a document containing the information described in *RCW 74.13.031(18). The department employee shall explain the contents of the document to the child and direct the child to the department's website for further information.
