RCW 74.13.037Transitional living programs for youth in the process of being emancipated—Rules.Within available funds appropriated for this purpose, the department shall establish, through performance-based contracts with private vendors, transitional living programs for youth who are being assisted by the department in being emancipated as part of their permanency plan under chapter 13.34 RCW.
