RCW 74.13A.065Records—Confidentiality.The secretary shall keep such general records as are needed to evaluate the effectiveness of the program of adoption support authorized by RCW 26.33.320 and * 74.13.100 through 74.13.145 in encouraging and effectuating the adoption of hard to place children.
