RCW 74.13A.105Interstate agreements for adoption of children with special needs—Authorization.The department is authorized to develop, participate in the development of, negotiate, and enter into one or more interstate compacts on behalf of this state with other states to implement one or more of the purposes set forth in *RCW 74.13.152 through 74.13.159. When entered into, and for so long as it remains in force, such a compact has the force and effect of law.[ 1997 c 31 s 4.
