RCW 74.15.150Penalty for operating without license.Any agency operating without a license shall be guilty of a misdemeanor. This section shall not be enforceable against an agency until sixty days after the effective date of new rules, applicable to such agency, have been adopted under chapter 74.15 RCW and RCW 74.13.031.[ 1982 c 118 s 13; 1967 c 172 s 15.]
