RCW 74.34.170Services of department discretionary—Funding.The provision of services under RCW * 74.34.030, 74.34.040, 74.34.050, and ** 74.34.100 through 74.34.160 are discretionary and the department shall not be required to expend additional funds beyond those appropriated.[ 1986 c 187 s 10.]NOTES:Reviser's note: *(1) RCW 74.34.030 was repealed by 1999 c 176 s 35.**(2) RCW 74.34.100 was recodified as RCW 74.34.015 pursuant to 1995 1st sp.s. c 18 s 89, effective July 1, 1995.
