RCW 74.39A.130Chore services—Department to develop program.(1) The department is authorized to develop a program to provide for chore services under this chapter.(2) The department may provide assistance in the recruiting of providers of the services enumerated in RCW 74.39A.120 and seek to assure the timely provision of services in emergency situations.(3) The department shall assure that all providers of the chore services under this chapter are compensated for the delivery of the services on a prompt and regular basis.[ 1995 1st sp.s. c 18 s 40; 1989 c 427 s 6; 1983 c 3 s 189; 1980 c 137 s 2; 1973 1st ex.s. c 51 s 3.
