RCW 74.42.190Activities program—Recreation areas, equipment.The facility shall have an activities program designed to encourage each resident to maintain normal activity and help each resident return to self care. A staff member qualified by experience or training in directing group activities shall be responsible for the activities program. The facility shall provide adequate recreation areas with sufficient equipment and materials to support the program.[ 1979 ex.s. c 211 s 19.]
