RCW 74.42.370Licensed administrator.The facility shall have an administrator who is a licensed nursing home administrator under chapter 18.52 RCW. The administrator is responsible for managing the facility and implementing established policies and procedures.[ 1979 ex.s. c 211 s 37.]
