RCW 76.04.415Penalty for violations—Work stoppage notice.(1) Every person upon receipt of written notice issued by the department that such person has or is violating any of the provisions of RCW 76.04.215, 76.04.305, 76.04.405, or 76.04.650 or any rule adopted by the department concerning fire prevention and fire suppression preparedness shall cease operations until compliance with the provisions of the sections or rules specified in such notice.(2) The department may specify in the notice of violation the special conditions and precautions under which the operation would be allowed to continue until the end of that working day.[ 1986 c 100 s 25.]
