RCW 76.04.435Deposit of fire or live coals.No person operating a railroad may permit to be deposited by any employee, and no one may deposit fire or live coals, upon the right-of-way within one-fourth of one mile of any forest material, during the closed season, unless the fire or live coals are immediately extinguished.[ 1986 c 100 s 27.]
