RCW 76.15.050Agreements for urban tree planting.The department may enter into agreements with one or more nonprofit organizations whose primary purpose is urban tree planting. The agreements must be directed at furthering public education about and support for urban tree planning, planting, establishment, care, and long-term maintenance, and for obtaining voluntary activities by the local community organizations in tree planting programs.
