RCW 77.100.080Duties of volunteer group.(1) The volunteer group shall:(a) Provide care and diligence in conducting the cooperative project; and(b) Maintain accurately the required records of the project on forms provided by the department.(2) The volunteer group shall acknowledge that fish and game reared in cooperative projects are public property and must be handled and released for the benefit of all citizens of the state.
