RCW 77.12.469Renewal of wildlife rehabilitation licenses—Adoption of rules.The department must develop a process for renewing wildlife rehabilitation licenses. All wildlife rehabilitation licenses issued by the department prior to January 1, 2006, must be renewed by January 1, 2010.
