RCW 77.12.540Public shooting grounds—Effect of filing—Use for booming.Upon filing a certificate with the commissioner of public lands that shows that lands will be used for public shooting grounds by the department, the lands shall be withdrawn from sale or lease and then may be used as public shooting grounds under control of the department.
