RCW 77.15.198Violation of RCW 77.15.194 or 77.15.196—Penalty.In addition to appropriate criminal penalties, the director shall revoke the trapping license of any person convicted of a violation of RCW 77.15.194 or 77.15.196. The director shall not issue the violator a trapping license for a period of five years following the revocation.
