RCW 77.55.261Placement of woody debris as condition of permit.Whenever the placement of woody debris is required as a condition of a permit issued under RCW 77.55.021, the department, upon request, shall invite comment regarding that placement from the local governmental authority, affected tribes, affected federal and state agencies, and the project applicant.[ 2005 c 146 s 604; 2000 c 107 s 17; 1993 sp.s. c 2 s 33; 1991 c 322 s 18.
