RCW 77.75.040Pacific Marine Fisheries Compact—Representatives of state on Pacific Marine Fisheries Commission.A member selected by or a designee of the fish and wildlife commission, ex officio, and two appointees of the governor representing the fishing industry shall act as the representatives of this state on the Pacific Marine Fisheries Commission.
