RCW 77.75.150Wildlife restoration—Federal act.The state assents to the act of congress entitled: 'An Act to provide that the United States shall aid the states in wildlife restoration projects, and for other purposes,' (50 Stat. 917; 16 U.S.C. Sec. 669). The department shall establish and conduct cooperative wildlife restoration projects, as defined in the act, and shall comply with the act and related rules adopted by the secretary of agriculture.[ 1980 c 78 s 60; 1955 c 36 s 77.12.430.
