RCW 78.04.050Penalty for violations under RCW 78.04.040.Any violation of any of the provisions of RCW 78.04.040 by any officer or agent of such corporation shall constitute a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof every such officer or agent shall be fined in a sum not greater than two hundred dollars for each offense.[ 1901 c 120 s 2; RRS s 8613.]
