RCW 78.08.082Affidavit is prima facie evidence.Such affidavit when so recorded shall be prima facie evidence of the performance of such labor or the making of such improvements, and such original affidavit after it has been recorded, or a certified copy of record of same, shall be received as evidence accordingly by all the courts of this state.[ 1899 c 45 s 7; RRS s 8628.]
