RCW 78.52.040Duty and powers of department—In general.The department shall administer and enforce the provisions of this chapter by the adoption of policies, and all rules, regulations, and orders promulgated hereunder, and the department has jurisdiction, power, and authority, over all persons and property, public and private, necessary to enforce effectively such duty.[ 1994 sp.s. c 9 s 817; 1983 c 253 s 6; 1951 c 146 s 10.]NOTES:Severability—Headings and captions not law—Effective date—1994 sp.s. c 9: See RCW 18.79.900 through 18.79.902.
