RCW 78.52.550Violations—Penalty.Every person who shall violate or knowingly aid and abet the violation of this chapter or any valid orders, rules, and regulations issued thereunder, or who fails to perform any act which is herein made his or her duty to perform, shall be guilty of a gross misdemeanor.[ 2013 c 23 s 253; 1951 c 146 s 58.]
