RCW 78.60.290Violations—Penalty.Violation of any provision of this chapter or of any rule, regulation, order of the department, or condition of any permit made hereunder is a gross misdemeanor punishable, upon conviction, by a fine of not more than two thousand five hundred dollars or by imprisonment in the county jail for not more than six months, or both.[ 2003 c 53 s 381; 1974 ex.s. c 43 s 29.
