RCW 79.105.270Aquatic lands—Leases/rents for nonwater-dependent uses.Leases for nonwater-dependent uses of state-owned aquatic lands shall be charged the fair market rental value of the leased lands, determined in accordance with appraisal techniques specified by rule.
