RCW 79.105.600Archaeological activities on state-owned aquatic lands—Agreements, leases, or other conveyances.After consultation with the director of commerce, the department may enter into agreements, leases, or other conveyances for archaeological activities on state-owned aquatic lands. The agreements, leases, or other conveyances may contain those conditions as are required for the department to comply with its legal rights and duties.
