RCW 79.110.320Right-of-way for irrigation, diking, and drainage purposes—Appraisal—Certificate.Upon the filing of the plat and field notes as in RCW 79.110.310, the lands included within the right-of-way applied for shall be appraised as in the case of an application to purchase the lands, at full market value. Upon full payment of the appraised value of the lands the department shall issue to the applicant a certificate of right-of-way, and enter the certificate in the department records. Any subsequent sale or lease by the state of the lands affected by the right-of-way shall be subject to the certificate of right-of-way.[ 2005 c 155 s 219; 1982 1st ex.s. c 21 s 65.
