RCW 79.13.410Improvement of grazing ranges—Extension of permit.In order to encourage the improvement of grazing ranges by holders of grazing permits, the department shall consider (1) extension of grazing permit periods to a maximum of ten years; and (2) reduction of grazing fees, in situations where the permittee contributes or agrees to contribute to the improvement of the range, financially, by labor, or otherwise.[ 2003 c 334 s 494; 1985 c 197 s 3; 1979 ex.s. c 109 s 21; 1955 c 324 s 2.
