RCW 79.15.020Duties of department.(1) The department shall exercise general supervision and control over the sale of valuable materials.(2) The department shall maintain all reports, data, and information in its records pertaining to a proposed sale.(3) The department may hold a sale in abeyance pending further inspection and report and may cause such further inspection and report.(4) The department shall determine, based on subsection (2) of this section, and if necessary the information provided under subsection (3) of this section, the terms upon which the proposed sales are consummated.[ 2003 c 334 s 319.]NOTES:Intent—2003 c 334: See note following RCW 79.02.010.
