RCW 79.24.010Designation of lands—Sale, manner, consent of board.All lands granted to the state by the federal government for the purpose of erecting public buildings at the state capitol shall be known and designated as 'Capitol Building Lands'. None of such lands, nor the timber or other materials thereon, shall hereafter be sold without the consent of the board of natural resources and only in the manner as provided for public lands and materials thereon.[ 1959 c 257 s 42; 1909 c 69 s 2; RRS s 7898.]
